Oh, yes. Yes, I have. I have harnessed the Power of Suck and bent it to my will.
This does not mean that I'm caught up, not by a long shot. But I stopped worrying about it and wrote a number of really bad sentences and about three straight pages of dialogue with absolutely no action except a minor reference to a wheelchair and a Foley bag, and I am totally comfortable with that.
